Näak is a rapidly growing brand that provides high-performance and sustainable nutrition designed to fuel ultra-runners and outdoor enthusiasts. We are looking for a Coordinator - Innovation & Nutrition, full of ideas and energy to join our NäakLab team.

**Missions**

***
- 50% Innovation:

- Participate in Innovation projects, coordinating actions with project managers and independently managing certain projects.
- Manufacture internal prototypes, conduct documentary and competitive intelligence, research new ingredients, etc.
- 50% Nutrition:

- Help create a Näak Quality Manual and implement it.
- Support operational quality missions: product life cycle analysis, implementation of organoleptic tests.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial individual.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.
- Strong team player.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor's, Master's, Engineering or equivalent) in food science, agri-food, or nutrition.
- Previous experience in innovation is an asset.
- Previous experience in sports nutrition is an asset.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
