We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as an **Accounts Payable Coordinator**.

**The Opportunity**:

- Full time, permanent Accounts Payable Coordinator position;
- Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm;
- Responsible for coding, totalling, batching, entering, verifying, and reconciling transactions for all vendor accounts;
- Manage vendor credits;
- Respond to internal and external queries and statements;
- Maintain paid invoice files, including archiving of prior year files;
- Coordinate required vendor master changes/additions/deletions;
- Perform various clerical duties such as mail sorting, routing of items for approval, filing, faxing, and keeping records;
- Complete AP reports; and
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 to 5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience is required;
- Accounting diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounts Payable is required;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with retail customers is an asset;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written;
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy; and
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.

**The Details**:

- Permanent, full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator position;
