At Heal Wellness, we are proud to serve a variety of fresh and nutritious plant-based food options. Heal was created out of passion, with the mission to offer quick-serve meals that are healthy for both our bodies and the planet.

As Team Lead, you would be responsible for weekly scheduling of team members, handling customer concerns, managing the work flow on the prep floor, ordering supplies as needed. Team Lead is expected to work 40-44 hours per week and weekends as needed (our busiest days).

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Have restaurant or quick-serve food experience
- Have a positive attitude and works well with others
- Are passionate about providing a genuine guest experience
- Are health conscious and an advocate for a healthy and active lifestyle
- Work well under mínimal supervision

**A typical day at our wellness bar**:

- Complete daily operation checklists (menu item prep, opening duties,...)
- Create made-to-order menu items (smoothie bowls, waffles, coffees,...)
- Work with our point of sale and delivery app systems (Uber, DoorDash, Ritual, HungerHub)
- Order supplies as needed
- Interact with customers, providing a STELLAR customer experience :)
- Conduct inventory counts and complete daily cleaning
- Manage cash and deposits

**The ideal applicant would have**:

- 2+ year(s) barista/ or FOH restaurant experience
- Keyholder experience
- Cash handling experience
- Excellent communication and customer experience skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Food handler certificate
- Workplace health & safety knowledge

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
