**Facilities/Janitorial Position**

**Job Purpose**:
As part of the Facilities Staff at Greenhills Country Club, you will be responsible for maintaining many aspects of the building.

The person in this role is directly responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of both inside and outside of the building, as well as promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, members, and guests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Clean Tennis & Pickleball courts
- Clean Washrooms in all locations (building and on course)
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Sweep/Mop all other floors
- Empty garbage’s in all locations - take garbage to proper location
- Empty Recycling in all locations
- take recycling to proper location
- Clean facilities room/keep organized
- Monitor inventory/stock of cleaning supplies, keeping management informed
- Sanitize/Dust all ledges, handles, rails throughout building
- Keep all windows clean and free of marks
- Laundry
- Assist with event set up as needed
- Building Maintenance as required
- General Repairs as required
- Any other task given by Management

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years commercial/residential cleaning preferred

**Hours**:
Full Time 40-44 hours/week

**Rate of Pay**:
$44,000 salaried position per year

Rate of pay dependant on experience

Two weeks paid vacation

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift/Evening Shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday/Weekend availability

**Salary**: From $44,000.00 per year
