**Who We Are**:
We are a successful boutique digital marketing agency that has been offering search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click management (PPC), content marketing and web design to local businesses for over 15 years.

We work in some of the most competitive digital marketing spaces (such as personal injury lawyers in the US), and we pride ourselves in finding creative ways to help our clients compete at a high level against much bigger, resourced competitors.

**What We Need**:
We are in need of someone to help in the operations and project management side of the agency. We are looking for someone who has strong technical, organizational and analytical skills.

This is a full time, in office, Monday to Friday position working out of our office located in beautiful historic Ladner Village. Duties will include things like:

- Strategic on-page/off-page SEO implementation
- Google Business Profile optimization/signals
- Setting up and managing Google Ads and Facebook Ad campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on client SEO and PPC performance
- Project managing client work in Asana
- Helping create and document systems and procedures
- Helping manage outsourcers/vendors

**This is not a client facing role but more of a behind the scenes operations role. This is not a social media role.**
