Acuity Immigration Services Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant. The Job Responsibilities are:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1 to 2 years of digital marketing and sales experience along with office administrative assistant experience.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience in key marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, and Content Creation.
- Manage Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter posts and groups.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, and brochures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employers.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.
- Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of business, and direct visitors to the employer or appropriate person.
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Set up the Office at the start of the day.
- Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative.

**Specific Skills Required**:

- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment
- Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication

Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC V4E 2A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
