**About the role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the conception and execution of marketing initiatives to bring brand awareness and generate sales leads. This includes social media management, ad campaigns, creative content development, website oversight, market research and collateral production. You will be working collaboratively with both the sales and design teams to help reach our goals

**What you’ll be doing**
- Developing and executing marketing plans and strategies with efficiency and execution to generate sales leads.
- Develop compelling content and oversee the management of social media channels along with maintaining calendar timeline.
- Design marketing collateral including sell sheets, advertisements, brochures, presentations, signage and ads.
- Management of daily creation of engagement content including regular website updates.
- Utilize marketing metrics for performance analysis, enabling strategic adjustments as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with emerging industry trends.

**What we’re looking for**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using Microsoft office, google analytics, WordPress, adobe creative suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) certificate
- Experience in digital copywriting
- Post secondary education in marketing, graphic design, photography, or project management is preferred
- Experience in videography and photography is considered an asset
- Valid drivers license

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
