**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation, taking orders and packaging food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the team during service by preparing garnishes and plating dishes.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic work environment.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not mandatory.
