**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
  • Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
