We’re looking for an **Influencer Marketing Specialist** to join our team in person and take ownership of building and managing our influencer marketing program from start to finish. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for marketing, and excels at building authentic relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Execute the Influencer Marketing Program**:

- Strategically identify influencers and content creators in the beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle niches who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Reach out to potential influencers, clearly communicate our brand’s mission, and onboard them into the program.

**2. Manage Relationships and Campaigns**:

- Negotiate collaboration terms (content deliverables, timelines, compensation, etc.) and draft agreements with influencers.
- Work closely with influencers to ensure high-quality, authentic content creation that effectively promotes our laser services.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure they meet brand standards and objectives.

**3. Nurture Influencer Partnerships**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers by providing ongoing support, guidance, and incentives for continued collaboration.
- Organize exclusive events, giveaways, or campaigns to keep influencers engaged with our brand.

**4. Track and Analyze Performance**:

- Develop and track KPIs for influencer campaigns, such as engagement rates, lead generation, bookings, and ROI.
- Regularly report on the success of campaigns and provide insights for future optimization.

**5. Lead Generation and Conversion Management**:

- Oversee the lead pipeline generated by influencer campaigns, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to convert leads into loyal clients through tailored offers and seamless communication.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to refine our program.
- Experiment with new influencer outreach strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns (portfolio or case studies will be requested).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) and CRM software.
- Deep understanding of current social media platforms and trends.
