**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budget management practices.
