Reporting to our Operations Manager, we are looking for a Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our growing Operations team.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE?
- Coordination of all merchandise transport activities
- Loading and unloading of transport vehicles, performing a detailed inspection of the transport vehicle and merchandise received
- Reception, sorting, organizing, and storing of items; entering the items received in the inventory system and labeling them
- Crosscheck the accuracy of reception: quantity and type of items received against the purchase order
- Order preparation: boxing and packaging; entering the items shipped in the inventory system
- Filling all necessary forms (reception, expedition, inspection, inventory count) required in a regulated environment
- Respecting workplace health and safety regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness of workplace: loading dock, storage room, and shipping room
- Assist other departments if needed in various tasks

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Computer literate (MS Office, Inventory System, Windows, iOS)
- Bilingual
- DEC diploma
- Good physical condition, able to lift boxes of up to 30kg
- Respect company policies
- Work experience in a distribution center in a regulated environment (CFIA, HC) is an asset
- Autonomous and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Having own transportation is preferred

En ce moment, nous recherchons un **Commis à l'expédition** pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

**À quoi ressembleront vos journées?**
- Coordination de toutes les activités de transport de marchandises
- Chargement et déchargement des véhicules de transport, effectuer une inspection détaillée du véhicule de transport et des marchandises reçues
- Réception, tri, organisation et stockage d'articles; saisir les articles reçus dans le système d'inventaire et les étiqueter
- Vérifier la précision de la réception: quantité et type d'articles reçus par rapport au bon de commande
- Préparation des commandes: boxe et emballage; saisie des articles expédiés dans le système d'inventaire
- Remplir tous les formulaires nécessaires (réception, expédition, inspection, inventaire) requis dans un environnement réglementé
- Respect des règles de santé et de sécurité au travail
- Maintenir la propreté du lieu de travail: quai de chargement, salle de stockage et salle d'expédition
- Aider d'autres services si nécessaire dans diverses tâches

**QU'APPORTEZ-VOUS À LA TABLE?**
- Connaissances informatiques (MS Office, Inventory System, Windows, iOS)
- Bilingue
- Diplôme DEC
- Bonne condition physique, capable de soulever des caisses jusqu'à 30 kg
