Reporting to the Team Leader Reception / shipping department, the shipping and receiving clerk must:
Respect and follow the rules of safety, quality and productivity issued by the company.

Perform operations for receiving, storing, keeping inventory, picking and shipping of goods according to the delays of time.

Receive the goods and place the merchandise to the designated place, in addition to indicating the lot numbers and other relevant delivery information.

Make handling operations using lightweight material handling equipment (pallet jack, devil, rolls, cart,...) or forklift.

Take inventory of finished products.

Provide the necessary raw materials to the production department.

Receive the merchandise and forward in shipping area, storage or production.

Print orders to prepare.

Enter the delivery data in our ERP system (Excel).

Clean the work area (hardware, accessories, etc.).

Perform any other tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the warehouse and equipment.

Adopt a proactive attitude and adopt safe work practices at all times.

Meticulous in his work.

Experience in food industry

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.

Experience in the MS Office suite

Functionally bilingual (French and English) oral and written.

Ability to work in team

Competency card forklift
