**Duties**:

- Assist the supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitor and manage inventory stock levels
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with training new employees and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the supervisor to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

**Skills**:

- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial calculations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
- Administrative skills for data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist in supervisory duties as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$24.00 per hour
