We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting specialist. You will work from our Head Quarters in SE Calgary, you will be a member of our Accounting and Finance Team. You will be providing support to the Financial Controller, helping our business grow and gain valuable experience in a thriving innovative business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full cycle accounting experience.
- Account reconciliation experience in a multi-entity setup
- Experience with year-end.
- Assisting month end closing and year end closing, reviewing general ledger account activity and performing variance analysis.
- Experience of posting recurring journal entries
- Checking and verifying semi-monthly employee expenses receipts. Preparing reimbursement summary report.
- Performing bank reconciliation.
- Supporting controller with forecasting and other ad hoc reporting and analysis.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You have a minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.
- You have experience of an ERP system, preferably MS business central.
- You are detail oriented, highly accurate.
- You have strong analytical skills including MS advanced Excel.
- You are superior in time management and organizational skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a fast learner and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
