**Tasks**:

- Prepares work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions
- Utilize materials and tools to complete tasks
- Assemble components by examining connection for correct fit; fastenings parts and sub assemblies
- Learn multiple processes in manufacturing
- Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a safe work environment and complies with Procedure, Rules, and Regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related job duties as needed

**Valuable Knowledge and Experience**:

- Machine Assembly experience an asset
- Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to read a tape measurer and use power tools
- Manual Machining Skills are a valuable asset
- Good hand-eye coordination
- A commitment to safety awareness and compliance
- Machine building and integrating experience or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated equipment.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic / Hydraulic functions, devices and fittings is an asset.
- Familiar with machine shop equipment and best practices
- Assemble all aspects of machine tools or systems from drawings and schematics.
- Organize, plan and execute all phases of the machine build.
- Integrate electrical and mechanical components with electricians.
- Clean and prepare components for use
- Preventive maintenance and repairs of building and associated equipment.
- Work with team members to continuously improve methods of building and wiring process equipment, with the goals being enhanced functionality and reduced cost.
- Perform quality tests
- On the job training

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
