**The Opportunity**

We are actively seeking Millwright/Machine Tool Builder Integrator/Toolmaker. In this role, you will fabricate and Integrate assemblies, install, trouble shoot and repair Food Processing Equipment.

**The Team**

The AGI Food team is comprised of highly experienced engineers, 3D designers, estimators, fabricators, production managers and system installers.

**Responsibilities**
- Work from engineering drawings to fit and assemble parts to specifications indicated
- Use established methods, procedures, and other assembly techniques as directed in the building of automation equipment
- Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, bills of materials, machine-tool build assembly drawings
- Perform all tool room related tasks including machining, turning, grinding, measuring and fitting
- Observe devises in operation, locate root cause problems, and develop solutions both short and long term
- Perform machine adjustments and improvements as required
- Comply with internal quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Completion of formal apprenticeship or technical college program preferred
- Certificate of Qualification for a Millwright, Tool & Die Maker, or Machine Tool Builder and Integrator
- At least 3 years’ experience in machine building
- Experience welding stainless steel, experience with food grade welding preferred
- Mig and Tig experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Superior troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in machinery and production processes
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Must be flexible with working hours and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel to customer sites to support installation and service
