**You will possess the following**:

- Experience in operating a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill.
- Experience in setting up a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill is an asset but not a requirement.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments.
- Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization.
- Flexible with working overtime.
- Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset.
