**CNC Operator**

We’re looking for a skilled **CNC Operator** to join our manufacturing crew. If you have **1+ years of hands-on experience** and a passion for precision, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Set up and operate CNC machine to produce high-quality pieces
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Use measuring tools to inspect finished products
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum **1+ years of CNC experience** in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with basic CNC programming
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
- Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
- **Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs** as part of regular tasks
- Working in a high-noise setting, where strong safety awareness is key to success
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used as required
- A standard **40-hour workweek** with occasional **overtime** may be required

**Work Schedule**
- This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, with standard hours from **7:00 AM to 3:00 PM**.

**Compensation**
- Starting rate is **$19.00 per hour**, with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
