**The Role**

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Fleet Sales Service Manager for our Leduc location, who is responsible for ensuring that large fleet accounts are sought out, maintained, and retained in an effort to grow and enhance our Retail Service reach in our Area of Responsibility. The position is tasked with cold-calling and building rapport with customers with a goal of maximizing bay usage for both Service and Body shop throughout the EKW network. The position is responsible for chairing the Customer Care Committee. This includes staying in touch with key accounts, ensuring that complaints and issues are adequately resolved and leveraging future opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for fostering and creating business relationships with large fleets and customers. The position must provide exceptional customer service to Fleet Managers and Customers to resolve a breadth of simple and complex service issues

Accountable for ensuring that large customers and fleets are provided with industry leading service support from EKW (Facility specific, mobile service etc.)

Maintain an ongoing tally of chassis in our AOR through TruckTech Plus. This will include ensuring that we leverage all opportunities to service our fleet customers who are displaying problem codes and directing them to an appropriate resolution through our facilities

Familiarizing themselves with key accounts and offering EKW service and maintenance opportunities in any of our EKW facilities

**Requirements**:

- Five (5) years of experience in a truck service and repair facility
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Vast knowledge in Paccar product and policy, as well as Fleet Preventative Maintenance scheduling and costing
- Ability to manage competing priorities and be adaptable to change
- Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician (Red Seal) would be an asset
- Three (3) years Sales experience and an ability to present information in a simple manner

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
