If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we want you on our team As a Premium Service Server, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while making every guest experience unforgettable.

**Your Role**:
As a Premium Service Server, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in our Premium areas. You’ll take food and beverage orders, manage multiple tabs, and ensure every detail is taken care of with a friendly, attentive approach.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Know the menu**: Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items in your Premium area and assist guests with recommendations.
- **Efficient service**: Take food and beverage orders quickly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and service.
- **Handle multiple tabs**: Manage guest bills and tabs, process payments, and ensure all orders are correctly closed out at the end of the event.
- **Upsell**: Maximize sales by suggesting upgrades or additional items to guests when appropriate.
- **Create memorable experiences**: Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations, ensuring they have a great time.
- **Customer service excellence**: Address and resolve any guest complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- **Maintain cleanliness and organization**: Keep your assigned area clean and properly stocked throughout the event, following inventory management procedures.
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with fellow team members, always supporting one another and maintaining a positive team environment.
- **Closing duties**: Complete all closing tasks, including inventory checks, cleaning, and other assigned responsibilities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Positive attitude**: Friendly, approachable, and eager to help teammates and guests.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of serving experience (hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred).
- **Math skills**: Comfortable with handling guest orders, processing payments, and managing tabs.
- **Multi-tasker**: Able to handle multiple tasks at once in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- **Smart Serve Certified**: Valid certification required.
- **Flexible schedule**: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available for all RedBlacks games.
- **Dependable**: Always on time and ready to take on responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of serving experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check and be bondable.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and navigate stairs frequently.
- Comfortable working in a noisy, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20 per hour
