**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The Server at GBurger is not just an order-taker but an ambassador of our brand, responsible for creating and enhancing a memorable dining experience for every guest. Their passion for hospitality, food service, and customer experience must shine through in every interaction, making each visit unforgettable.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, answering any questions about the food and beverage menu including special features, ingredients, etc.
- Always uphold a professional look and attitude; and be a positive, pro-active and enthusiastic brand ambassador for GBurger.
- Actively take guests through the Steps of Service, ensuring a consistent, positive, and memorable dining experience.
- Be proficient with all tools and software used in the restaurant.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- **Passion for Hospitality**: Demonstrated enthusiasm for food service, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- **Previous Experience**: Proven work history in a similar dining environment.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**:

- **Up-to-Date Smart Serve Certification**:

- **Tech-Savviness**: Ability to adapt to and master new tools, including the GBurger mobile app and Systems.
- **Active Listening**: Effectively understanding and addressing customer needs based on their verbal and non-verbal cues.
- **Multitasking Skills**: Efficiently balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring no detail is missed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 44 per week
