**Premium Attendant at TD Place Stadium**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must maintain knowledge of the available food and beverage items as well as other products being sold in their Premium area.
- Always exceed guest expectations.
- Become familiar with setup requirements and items on the Chef’s Tables, Snack Stations, Bars & Suites: this includes, but is not limited to, labelling food & beverage items, placing proper serving utensils, knowing hardware requirements, dry goods re-stock and brewing coffee.
- Maintain an awareness of food & beverage levels throughout the event in order to help culinary & serving staff with replenishing. This can involve carrying heavy and/or hot food from the Pantry to the station, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Ensure that par levels of beverages, plates, cups, napkins, plastic cutlery, milkers/creamers and paraphernalia are maintained before, during and after the game. This involves carrying these items from storage locations around the stadium.
- Responsible for changing kegs during busy periods, ensuring all keg taps are closed and locking bar after each shift
- Maintain show quality of food & beverage décor, utensils, labels and overall station appearance throughout shift: this includes, but is not limited to, picking up empty cups and plates from area, and wiping down tables and hardware and replacing used serving utensils.
- Assisting assigned Suite Host, Server or Bartender with the setup and breakdown of their area, cleaning during service, removal of garbage, wiping and clearing of tables, restock of product and other tasks as requested by the Server, Bartender or Suite Host
- Establish rapport with guests and help to direct questions and requests.
- May be required to act as a server or bartender in order to assist the serving staff.
- Thoroughly clean all work areas at the end of the shift, including panty areas.
- All other tasks as delegated by Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant work experience will be considered an asset.
- Must be bondable, and pass an employer administered background check.
- Must be able to demonstrate mathematical skills
- Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Language Requirement: English
