- Manage and oversee multiple concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Experience in concrete and heavy machine operation is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
