Overview:
Advantage Contracting Limited is a growing civil construction company seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our expanding portfolio of projects. We specialize in street renewals, municipal water and sewer line installations, and site civil work. As a newer company, we are searching for the right individual to take ownership of project delivery and guide our team with expertise and confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage multiple civil construction projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure schedules and budgets are met
- Lead construction activities related to street reconstruction, water mains, and sanitary/storm sewer installation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is performed safely and to spec
- Liaise with municipal clients, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in estimating, procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Identify and resolve site issues and project risks proactively

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction project management, specifically in street renewals and underground utility work
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate logistics across various project sites
- Strong knowledge of municipal construction standards and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software and tools is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
