**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER**

As a Project Manager at First Onsite in Windsor, Ontario, you'll dive into a day filled with excitement and challenges. Your goal is to restore properties to their pre-disaster glory while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Your day kicks off with a review of ongoing projects. You'll hop from site to site, assessing damage and crafting plans to bring properties back to life. Collaborating closely with insurance adjusters, you'll be the linchpin in providing a seamless journey for the insured.

Leading a team of restoration experts, you'll tackle everything from water damage to fire & smoke repair with a keen eye for quality, and of course, health and safety. Your empathy shines as you interact with property owners, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

You're not just managing projects; you're building trust. You'll prepare precise scopes, sketches and estimates, keep clients in the loop, and ensure their satisfaction is your top priority.

With your industry knowledge and sales skills, you'll not only excel in project management but also play a crucial role in generating new leads.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years in the Restoration or Property Insurance industry
- Knowledge of building construction and codes
- Experience with Xactimate is a MUST
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- Valid driver's license - FULL G
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
