Make an impact with our Corporate Services team as a Student. This diverse team of professionals hosts clients’ minute books on a secure digital platform, making corporate records accessible whenever clients need them. As a trusted advisor, you’ll deliver corporate record-keeping compliance services centred around preparing routine annual forms, filing them with the appropriate registries, and reporting back to clients.

This opportunity is for a student work term, beginning January 2026 until April 2026 and is in-person based out of the MNP Ottawa office.

**Responsibilities**
Provide support to the Corporate Services team with data entry and administrative support work, including but not limited to:
- Follow-up and address client questions.
- Prepare and file annual client returns.
- Prepare and send documents for signature to clients.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Update internal practice management system and client folders.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Skills and Experience**
- Enrollment in an accredited post-secondary college / professional diploma in business administration or administrative support is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow step-by-step detailed processes.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple files at different stages of completion.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to adapt to situations outside the standard procedure.
- Experience with practice management or file management system is considered an asset.
- Previous administrative support experience is considered an asset.
- Customer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset.
