Corporate Lifestyle Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to Student Life and operations at Envie
- Hire, train and manage the Resident Advisors
- First point of contact for enquiries from tenants and the public, maintains regular communication with tenants, visitors and partners
- Work in collaboration with the General Manager, act as a mediator regarding tenant roommate issues
- Provide administrative support for the operations of all student services such as room transfer and lease renewal
- Event planning and running social activities for tenants of the Campus
- Gather content and pictures of events and activities for social media posts
- Data entry and maintenance of student databases
- Provide students with information regarding a range of cultural and social opportunities
- Promote and create partnerships with business within the community
- Perform other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in computers and excel spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills
- Events management experience
- Promotion experience and ability to develop and grow the business
- Able to contribute to ongoing development of student life at Envie
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
