Concrete Carpenter

CementWright & DirtWright are looking for an honest, experienced, creative tradesman to lead a small crew. We are willing to train the right person and provide independence, opportunity, and responsibility once we are confident in them. Must have:

- Reliable ability to get to site and driver’s license
- High School Diploma
- Good people skills and communication
- Leadership experience
- Strong math skills
- Ability to read blueprints & layout sites
- Journeyman carpenter (Red Seal preferred) or demonstrated equivalent

Experience we like:

- Carpentry and other trades experience (including mechanics, welding, heavy equipment)
- Concrete finishing and prep experience including decorative concrete & flatwork
- Structural concrete experience including close tolerance engineered work
- ICF & Foundation experience
- Landscaping/grading, framing/decking or bricklaying experience.
- Timber framing or fine woodworking
- Commercial and industrial construction experience
- Farm background/sports/outdoors
- Equipment operation including pulling trailers in tight spaces
- Machine operation, including excavator, skidsteer,, and compaction equipment
- Understanding of excavation, compaction, gradework & site layout, including use of total stations.
- Previous experience leading people

CementWright & DirtWright are divisions of our construction company. We focus on concrete construction and demolition, landscaping design-build, and general contracting/full project delivery of projects like shops, garages, and some commercial/civil projects. Technical work is a specialty of ours.

Pay: $30.00-$44.00 per hour
