**What we look for**:

- Some experience with aspects of procurement, and general experience with property maintenance and construction - and a sense of humour
- An administrative wizard who has a pretty good grasp of database management and an eye for details.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and a sound understanding of contract development and management.
- Two (2) to three (3) years' post-secondary education in business administration, or related field required.
- Two (2) to three (3) years' equivalent workplace experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented.
- Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
- Working knowledge with accounting software and database management is an asset (i.e. QuickBooks, Yardi, etc)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
- Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines (think cool as a cucumber)
