**Our Company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.**

**Accounts Receivable Job Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle Accounts receivable functions (Regarding payments from EDI, EFT, mail, e-transfers)
- Daily Cash Deposits & Invoicing
- Outbound collection calls on past due balances to decrease receivables
- Customer Accounts Reconciliation
- Liaising with internal departments regarding customer disputes
- Credit checks and credit analysis administration
- Preparation of AR ageing reports in addition to ad hoc reports
- Collaboration with other departments to recommend collection strategies
- Train on other accounting functions (for coverage as may be required)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- College Diploma in a qualified Accounting Program
- Accounts Receivable experience in a medium to large organization, manufacturing company preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite savvy (especially Excel)
- Effective Communicator (both verbal and written)
