Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Service Operations Support Supervisor, this position is responsible for foundational support to service operations. This involves time entry management, reporting and assistance to Service Operations employees on system use, best practices, processes, coordination and administering data and agreements. Supporting our ERP systems, this role will have responsibility for a specific Service Operations portfolio, and will monitor related processes to support, review and communicate best practices and Key Performance indicators in line with the Finning (Canada) service model.
**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions:
- Foundational (Tier 1) service support to end users promoting standardization and consistent use of these systems (Business & System Support) (M3 Service, DBS/BMTS, Kronos, Salesforce & various other service tools)
- Tier 1 time tracking activities
- Perform User Acceptance testing for business and system changes
- Support initiatives as directed by Service Operations Support leadership
- Timely execution of the service letter program as per CATERPILLAR guidelines
- Provide end user coaching to improve proficiency
- Other duties as required
Specific Skills:
- Experience with M3 Service, DBS/BMTS, Kronos, Salesforce system functionality
- Knowledge of Service Operations processes
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Post-secondary education in business administration or related field experience considered an asset
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
