**Panels Operator**

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in our Panels department. Your role will be an integral part of our panel assembly process, ensuring that schematics are followed exactly and components and wires are installed correctly to produce the best quality assemblies for our customers. You will be challenged to meet production targets together with your team.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Using hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers, power drills, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Accurately and methodically follow customer schematics to assemble and wire panels
- Review your own assembly work and the assembly work of co-workers
- Unpack components and assembly materials from pallets
- Safely package completed panels for delivery to customer
- Maximize quality and production as part of a team
- Keeping workstations and work area clear, clean, orderly, and free of any safety hazards
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and helping to assist in their implementation

**Qualifications**
- Experience with automation panel assembly and wiring is an asset
- Experience with hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers, power drills, etc.)
- Attention to detail is essential (following schematics and instructions accurately is more important than working quickly)
- Must be fully mobile, lifting and bending involved **(must be able to lift 35 - 50 lbs)**:

- Ability to stand for long periods (full shift).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
