We are seeking an **Account Coordinator - Brand Development and Advertising** to assist the account management team in planning, executing, and managing campaigns for clients. This role involves coordinating with various departments and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Roles and Requirements**:

- Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or account coordination
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Asana project management tool
- Understanding of advertising principles and campaign development processes.
- Communication with clients to gather project requirements and updates, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and expectations
- Preparation of accurate project documentation, including project briefs and status reports
- Competence in administrative tasks such as developing project budgets, scope of work, and budget tracking for projects.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
