We are currently looking for a Field Service Representative will primarily be responsible to adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times. This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. This role will also adhere to company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery. The Field Service Representative must high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and degree or diploma in a related field.

**Job Duties**
- Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency
- Manually load and unload materials from warehouse to and from job site, occasionally using lifting devices
- Adhere to company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery
- Order materials as required
- Perform work aimed in the resolution of installation issues, product issues, and other service requests
- Ensure closing of service cases are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain jobsite administration duties, such as case file completion, and any daily logs that need to be maintained
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools
- Use hand and power tools and equipment to perform service
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
- Ensure safe operation in, and around work zones
- Lubricate, clean, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
- Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of day
- Perform various forms of labour to assist in other projects on occasion
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, and other statutory requirements
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Degree or diploma in a related field is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and tools required in various construction processes
- Knowledge of construction equipment safety
- Bilingual (French-English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to lift heavy products and perform strenuous physical labour, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a hot and humid environment
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

**Work Conditions**
- Exposure to hazards associated with the industry/trade
- Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
- Hazards associated with conducting work outdoors
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects minimum of 50 lbs.
- Occasional travel
- Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment
- Regular exposure to conditions including heat, humidity, and dust
- Repetitive work
- Use of required personal protective equipment
