**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in identifying their rental needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about available rentals.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings through data entry.
- Stay informed about market trends and local rental properties to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with property owners to ensure properties are well-presented and marketed effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the rental process.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry for maintaining accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Ability to negotiate terms effectively, advocating for both clients and property owners.

Pay: $16.55-$21.22 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
