**Dominion Metal Frames Inc**., a trusted provider of custom metal frame solutions in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking reliable and motivated Operators to join our production team. As an Operator, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality metal frames, working with cutting-edge machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Perform assembly, cutting, welding, and other fabrication tasks according to work orders and blueprints.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve efficiency goals.
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in manufacturing or a related field is an asset.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with machinery or tools is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.

**Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
