**About the position**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Production Operator is a key member of our Operations team and performs all warehouse duties within a unionized environment as required. **What you’ll do**
- Material handling of hazardous products
- Pick orders and prepare them for shipping using a forklift to place products on skids and wrap skids, and then load the skids onto trucks
- Prepares product orders for customers to include custom blending and packaging
- Cleans and maintains the warehouse and equipment
- Transload chemicals into packaged containers (Drums, Carboys, Pails, IBC’s etc)

**What we would like from you**
- High school diploma or equivalent working experience
- Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills
- Chemical blending experience an asset
- Comfortable with hoses & valves
- Forklift operation experience an asset
- WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
