**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
This role is cross functional with primary responsibility for all print, duplication and assembly needs of the organization and a secondary responsibility to support peak periods and projects within the mailroom. Duplicating, inbound mail and outbound mail processing. Fast paced environment within an organization of 1400 employees.

Some examples include: company business cards poster printing for internal campaigns, paper print materials for internal use or external submissions to government authorities, patient materials, training workbooks, tent cards, tab printing, notepad creation and gluing, binder collating. Assembly for employee and patient kits or promotional events. Mailroom processing and tracking for outbound couriers. Receiving of inbound couriers, scan into tracking system, ensure parcels are delivered and stored appropriately.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**:

- Duplicating Services: Manage intake tool to coordinate new projects and monitor completion targets
- To accept, prepare, and produce customer-requested, black & white or colour printing
- Coordinate some external print projects with selected vendors, as needed (eg: lamination projects)
- Coordinate the return of copier waste toner and used print cartridges for recycling, including tracking for year-end waste management report
- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedule for Duplicating Centre and assembly equipment
- Quality control check of all projects, attention to detail
- Understand WHMIS guidelines and chemical safety procedures for any chemicals required for the equipment (limited)
- Ensure preventative maintenance for equipment is understood and completed by recommended timelines
- Other tasks as needed or assigned (respecting all copyright laws).
- Duplicating Procurement
- Place orders for paper for duplicating equipment throughout the building and deliver paper when required.
- Participate in RFP process for applicable copier vendors, as needed.
- Verify and process all duplicating vendor invoices to Accounts Payable and resolve any issues with vendors
- Bindery/Assembly
- Review projects pending, project lead to ensure timely production, manage print/assembly schedule. Liaise with customers for special requests/direction
- Support recycling of PAAB expired promotional material if needed
- Team Support
- Attend team meetings and contribute to troubleshooting issues and incorporating innovative ideas
- Collaborate with immediate team colleagues (3) for lunch coverage, vacation coverage, and any other absence as applicable
- Monitor duplication and mailroom industry for upcoming innovations, trends, opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Working without direct supervision
- Time and project task management
- Strong professional communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail, lead quality management
- Customer Service /Customer facing experience
- Ability to negotiate deadlines and manage workflow
- Google Suite an asset
- Ability to lift 25 lbs periodically (boxes of paper)
- English / French an asset although not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- AS400: 3 years (preferred)
- FDA: 3 years (preferred)
