**Job Information**:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Print Production Coordinator will secure print production contracts on behalf of our clients through various streams: Account Executives, Agencies, and direct clients and to manage the flow of the production once it is ordered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with Account Executives, media and creative agencies to secure production contracts
- Quote and order advertising production material
- Liaise with account executives and creative agencies with regards to production file preparation and specs
- Forward orders and art to various suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers and internal staff

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Extremely well organized
- Service and solution oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of the English language
- Production brokering or sales experience is an asset

**Note**:

- It is a condition of employment that new employees provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the start date of employment.
