**Job Title**: Field Sales Manager - Ontario

**Reports To**: Regional Sales Director

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, and customer acquisition in Western Canada.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- ** Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop action plans to capitalize on growth potential.
- ** Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- ** Field Sales Management**: Oversee and support field sales representatives, ensuring they have the resources, training, and guidance needed to succeed.
- ** Performance Management**: Monitor sales performance, provide regular reporting and insights, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- ** Travel**: Regular travel within the Western Canada region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Experience in the Tech/RFID industry is an asset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Western Canada.
