**Job Description Summary**

The Office Leader is responsible for leading and executing the strategic growth plans of the office in a market. This leader handles a portfolio of clients, champions positive colleague experience in the office, is accountable for overall office results, and consistently models a “one-firm” approach.

**Direct reporting line to the regional leader**
Collaborates with client leaders, Office Solution Line leadership, sales, growth ops
- Leads, personally participates in and is responsible for all business activities of the office, to enable growth across Solution Lines for the office to achieve region objectives
- Serves as a point of integration for and ensures headcount delivers on client service activities
- Enforces statutory and regulatory compliance where applicable
- Collaborates with Office Solution Line leadership, client leaders, sales, growth ops, and others to deliver on the office(s) mandate
- Coordinates colleague related activities for the office including: recruitment, training, engagement, performance, succession planning, and as appropriate employee relations
- Handles a portfolio of clients and ensures execution of Client Value Creation Model (CVCM), including a growth plan for every client in the office
- Makes and communicates decisions related to local operations
- Supports harmonization efforts during integration
- Promotes Aon’s visibility and business networking within the community by encouraging staff participation in local organizations and representing Aon in professional and business associations
- Responsible for role-modeling and fostering a positive and inclusive colleague experience in the office
