Chez Monsieur Crémaillère, leader québécois dans la vente et la reconstruction de crémaillères électroniques et hydrauliques, nous combinons savoir-faire mécanique et service client exceptionnel.
**TES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Tâches comptables_
- Tenue de livres Comptabilité
- Utilisation des plateformes Acomba X et Acomba Régulier
- Traitement de la paie et remises DAS
- Production et soumission des rapports TPS/TVQ
- Rapports de fin d’année, T4/RL-1
- Rapports CSST et comités paritaires
- Tâches administratives :_
- Répondre au téléphone et aux courriels
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients
- Vendre les produits et offrir de l’information technique de base
- Prendre et gérer les rendez-vous
- Appuyer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau
**CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS**:
- Expérience en comptabilité et service à la clientèle (DEP, DEC, or AEC en comptabilité ou équivalent.)
- Minimum 1-2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine
- À l’aise avec les logiciels comptables et tâches administratives
- Bilingue (français requis, anglais un atout)
- Autonome, fiable, professionnel(le) et souriant(e)
- Connaissance de notre domaine (atout, mais pas obligatoire - formation offerte)

Are you an organized, versatile person who’s comfortable with numbers and customer interactions? We’re looking for an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our small, dynamic team.
At Monsieur Crémaillère, a Quebec leader in the sale and rebuilding of electronic and hydraulic rack and pinions, we combine mechanical expertise with outstanding customer service.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Accounting Tasks:_
- Bookkeeping and general accounting
- Use of Acomba X and Acomba Regular platforms
- Payroll processing and DAS remittances
- Preparation and submission of GST/QST reports
- Year-end reports, T4/RL-1
- CSST and parity committee reports
- Administrative Tasks:_
- Welcome and assist customers
- Sell products and provide basic technical information
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Support day-to-day office operations
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
- Experience in accounting and customer service (DEP, DEC, or AEC in accounting or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field
- Comfortable with accounting software and administrative tasks
- Bilingual (French required, English an asset)
- Autonomous, reliable, professional, and friendly
- Knowledge of our industry (an asset, but not required — training provided)
