**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the Association manager
- Be the director of first impressions; enthusiastically greet our members & visitors
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Process all incoming/outgoing mail
- Manage and organize all office files, filing systems, member files, receive and organize/validaqte all vendor invoices, write park communications to members
- Accept and process payments from Members and Guests
- Liaise with Board of Directors, Park Management and Park Staff to resolve issues
- Assist on park facilities cleaning and opening/closing activities
- General office duties, reception and other duties as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous office administration experience
- Pass background check/bondable
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is desireable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience within an IT environment at a small business is an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
