**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of 4-5 warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and optimize storage solutions.
- Oversee the training and development of warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Implement time management strategies to meet shipping deadlines and customer expectations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and physically capable of handling warehouse tasks.
- **A++ communication skills in both English and French - must be able to clearly** instruct and coordinate with team members, suppliers, and management.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **French is mandatory (preferred as first language) for daily interactions with staff and stakeholders.**:

- **3-4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.**:

- **Experience managing a team of 4-5 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.**:

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) operations within the supply chain industry.
- Ability to analyze data for operational insights and decision-making processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to computerize processes for improved efficiency.
