We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Warehouse Operator - Support and SAP Training, to join our Warehouse team. **Your daily life**: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for receiving packages, preparing bins, taking inventory and identifying materials, while providing technical support to your team. **In this role, you will**: - Collect, analyze and document the needs of the logistics department; - Recommend value-added solutions; - Prove leadership in the implementation, execution and follow-up of departmental and interdepartmental solutions (purchasing, production, planning, sales, etc.) to improve order processing in the supply chain; - Plan, organize and provide training for new employees, as well as ongoing training and ad hoc requests; - Prepare and maintain documentation (procedures, processes, mapping, etc.); - Help find tools in SAP to set up performance indicators in collaboration with the team leader and supervisor; - Help the team leader and supervisor understand and analyze the results of the performance indicators produced; - Recommend strategies, activities and methods to achieve established objectives; - Collaborate on various tasks under the warehouse's responsibility, supporting or replacing colleagues as needed; - Ensure the integrity of documentation and processes in compliance with various regulations (WHMIS, transportation of hazardous materials, occupational health and safety, etc.); - Actively participate in and lead (as required) continuous improvement activities. **What We’re Looking For**: - You have a diploma of Vocational Studies (D.V.S.) or a Diploma of Secondary Studies (D.S.S.) with experience; - You have 5-10 years' experience as a warehouse operator in a manufacturing environment; - You have an excellent time and priority management skills; - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; - You can demonstrate leadership skills; - You have knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations; - You are proficient in MS Office suite; - You have knowledge of WHMIS (an asset); - You have computer systems skills; - You have knowledge of SAP. **You Will Be Offered**: - Flexible working hours; - New workspaces in an illuminated and modern working environment; - Three weeks minimum vacation upon hiring; - Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the close of business for the holiday season; - Five floating holidays per year; - Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program; - An on-site gym with fun "trainings" or yoga at lunchtime; - Catering service at affordable prices with employer contributions; - Reimbursement of contributions to a professional order; - Parking and electrical terminals; - Free coffee; - Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club.
