We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Team Leader in the Warehouse department. **Your daily life**: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible to perform team leader duties for warehouse workers, in addition to performing receiving tasks, bin preparation, inventory and material identification tasks. **In this role, you will**: - Supervise and monitor the work of the warehouse team according to the objectives set by the Warehouse Supervisor; - Responsible for the human resources component of the warehouse team's human resources management system; - Receive raw materials, verify them, make transactions in the manufacturing system and inventory; - Inspect certain important parts upon receipt; - Prepare bins for production start-up; - Manage the warehouse, ensure cleanliness, identify materials, check in/out; - Prepare bins for production; - Ensure the order and proper maintenance of materials in inventory; - Follow Eddyfi quality system procedures and requirements; - All other related tasks; **What We’re Looking For**: - You have a professional diploma (D.E.P.) or secondary school diploma (D.E.S.) with experience; - You have three years' experience as a warehouseman in a manufacturing environment; - You have a minimum of one year's experience as a team leader or foreman in a manufacturing environment; - You have knowledge of personnel management; - You have good communication and interpersonal skills; - You have excellent time and priority management skills; - You are able to work independently and as part of a team; - You have knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations; - You are familiar with the MS Office suite; - You have WHMIS knowledge; - You have computer systems skills; - You have knowledge of SAP (an asset). **You Will Be Offered**: - Flexible working hours; - Remote working available; - New workspaces in an illuminated and modern working environment; - Three weeks minimum vacation upon hiring; - Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the close of business for the holiday season; - Five floating holidays per year; - Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program; - An on-site gym with fun "trainings" or yoga at lunchtime; - Catering service at affordable prices with employer contributions; - Reimbursement of contributions to a professional order; - Parking and electrical terminals; - Free coffee; - Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club.
