**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and campus facilities to prospective students.
- **Admissions Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their educational goals, interests, and qualifications. Offer personalized guidance and advice to help students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
- **Follow-Up and Persistence**: Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture leads, address concerns or questions, and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process.
- **Enrollment Support**: Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advisors and financial aid officers, to facilitate a smooth transition for enrolled students and ensure they have access to the resources they need.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to lead conversion, enrollment targets, and student satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant technology tools preferred.
- Knowledge of the education industry and understanding of the admissions process is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
