**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Case Skidsteere's snow removal equipment effectively and safely.
- Clear snow from roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure timely snow removal.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluid levels, changing filters, and cleaning components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with ice rink construction and maintenace.
- Assist with roof snow removal services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, snow removal on sidewalks and roofs.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Willingness to work irregular hours during winter storms.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
