We will be opening a new location in White Rock in May. Ideally we would like someone who can commute. Training will take place at the Richmond location and then the team will be at the White Rock location when it opens.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a restaurant kitchen
- Great attention to detail and high standards for all foods made
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- An ability to follow instructions

**Some of your job responsibilities might include**:

- Follow the prep checklist created by the chef
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.
- Prepare dishes such as sandwiches, appetizers, salads, entrees, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Ensure all foods and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
